Order Cancellation

If you attempt to cancel your order after 24 hours, it may be too late to stop the order from being processed and shipped. In this case, you will need to follow our return procedures to return the unwanted items.
Returns and Refunds

Refunds

Custom-made or personalized items: We cannot accept cancellations or returns of custom-made or personalized items.
Damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Used items: We cannot accept returns of used items.
